THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF A FINANCIAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION SERVICES PROVIDED IN ISRAEL.

Prior to leaving the US please contact your primary care physician and ask him/her to contact your insurance company to explain them the medical necessity for a treatment in Israel and to get an authorization for a coverage.

Also, please call your insurance company and check if your current policy covers the inpatient rehab stay overseas, if you got the authorization for a coverage and what necessary steps you need to take in order to do so. You might be responsible for your co-pays and deductibles.

Our centers in Israel will provide with all the necessary paperwork for your insurance company international claim form:

• A detailed invoice including dates of service, a description of the service you received and a breakdown for each service.
• A copy of your medical records while in a rehab.

You will need these documents when you submit your international claim form. Please ensure to keep a copy of the claim for your records.
